SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping costs are calculated as part of your quote and are based on the length of the speargun and the destination address. Due to the custom nature and varying sizes of our products, shipping rates may vary from order to order.
All spearguns are shipped from Rhode Island. For customers within the continental United States, shipping typically ranges between $30–$40, though final costs will be confirmed at the time of your quote.
Shipping insurance is included on all speargun orders to help protect against loss or damage during transit.
If you have specific shipping requirements or need delivery outside the continental United States, please contact us so we can provide an accurate estimate and available options.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our custom spearguns are built to perform in demanding environments. They are designed to withstand heavy use, exposure to saltwater, pressure, and the general wear that comes with serious spearfishing. With proper care and maintenance, they are expected to provide years of reliable service.
Because each speargun is custom-built and used in inherently harsh conditions, we do not offer standard returns or exchanges once a product has been used. However, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.
If an issue arises, OSS will evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis. When appropriate, we will offer repair services to restore the speargun to proper working condition. The nature of the issue, extent of wear, and usage conditions will all be considered in determining the best course of action.
